Hotel and Restaurant Management

Central Penn College's Associate in Applied Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management is a 60-credit, two-year program that builds practical hospitality industry skills. The curriculum covers customer service, food safety, hospitality law, and cost control through classroom instruction and hands-on laboratory work. Students complete a real-world internship and graduate with an industry-recognized food safety and sanitation certification through a Pennsylvania Restaurant Association partnership.

Graduates pursue roles across the hospitality sector, including restaurant manager, hotel general manager, event manager, food service director, sommelier, and travel manager.
