The Network Cyber Security Program will prepare students to learn networking fundamentals, Linux fundamentals, system administration procedures, threat detection and response, forensics, and malware/ransomware techniques. Total: 120 hours
Admission Requirements and Process
The AECC Career School expects applicants for admission to be honest and professional in all of their dealings with the school. AECC Career School will take action against applicants who deliberately lie or misrepresent their background in their application materials.
If the false, misrepresented, or misleading information is discovered during or after the admission process, please be advised of the following time frames and actions that will ensue.
• Before the application process is completed, the application will not be processed and no admission offer will be forthcoming.
• After admission and prior to enrollment, the admission offer will be rescinded.
• After admission and enrollment, the student will be administratively withdrawn from all classes.

Training includes courses in the following: Resume Development – This course will cover the components of a cover letter, the process for developing a resume, and the different types of resumes. Students will evaluate different resumes and ultimately, create a personal template for a cover and a resume that they can use when applying for a job. Interviewing Techniques – Topic for this course include:
- The components of an ideal interview
- Understanding the mind of an interviewer
- What to expect during the interview
- The art of conversation during the interview.
- Types of interview questions
- How to answer difficult interview questions
Job Search Assistance – Using the cover letter and resume created, student will receive assistance as they apply for job in their desired profession. Based on job requirements notifications, their cover letter and resume will be sent to the businesses selected by the student. The O’NET Interest Profiler assessment will be given prior to training. Participants who complete the training will receive a certificate.
