The Certificate of Completion in Introduction to Building a Canvas Course prepares current and future teachers to effectively build a Canvas course. This 18-hour certificate guides students through courses. The first course supports current and future teachers in understanding the integrated tools within Canvas as well as creating a module. The second course supports students as they leverage Design Tools to create a visually appealing course. Upon completion of the required courses with a grade of “P” for passing, the student will be eligible for a Certificate of Completion. Pathways listed below are for the catalog year 2026-2027.
