**Graduates of the CDL Training: Class A Tractor Trailer Program must obtain a Commercial Driver License to be employed in the field. Berks Technical Institute does not guarantee a third-party license. License requirements for taking and passing license examinations are not controlled by Berks Technical Institute but by outside agencies and are subject to change by the agencies without notice to Berks Technical Institute. Therefore, Berks Technical Institute cannot guarantee that graduates will be eligible to take license examinations, regardless of their eligibility status upon enrollment. Applicants must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the public, understand traffic signs, respond to official inquiries, and complete reports, as required by 49 CFR § 391.11(b)(2).
