The certificate can also be completed on its own for those students interested in psychology or who are looking to improve their knowledge to help with career advancement. This program can be combined with numerous current offerings such as management, human resources, nursing, physical education, athletic coaching, business, communication, and future degrees such as university studies. This option will offer students an understanding of fundamental and applied psychological principles that will enhance their work with people in their chosen field. Students should have an interest in psychology, human services, nursing, or other health or human service-related areas. Students who complete the requirements will earn a Program Certificate in psychology.
