Nuclear Medicine Technology

Program Description: The Associate of Science in Nuclear Medicine Technology program is a limited access program. This program prepares students to become Nuclear Medicine Technologists. Nuclear Medicine Technologists prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients and perform diagnostic procedures on virtually every organ system in the human body by using highly sophisticated computerized detection systems to produce and process images. Technical Certificates represents a subset of specific Health Science courses within degree programs and are not awarded to students as a stand-alone certificate for employment purposes.

Tuition for this lower-division award is 75 credits x Broward's published tuition fee of $82.00 per credit, or $6,150.00 for Florida residents studying on campus.

The college itemises six further fees:

That brings the published all-in rate to $117.90 per credit and the total to $8,842.50. Out-of-state and fully-online rates are published separately by the college and are higher.
