Program Overview
The Associate Degree of Applied Science in Radiologic Technology brings the student into an area of high technology in the field of medicine. The student will experience all the applications of diagnostic imaging, including routine radiography and fluoroscopy, trauma radiography, surgical and mobile radiography, pediatric radiography, as well as subspecialties such as computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), ultrasound (US), nuclear medicine (NM) and radiation therapy.
All pre-requisite courses must be successfully completed with a grade of C or better. All occupational courses must be successfully completed with a grade of C or better, with the exception of the following Clinical courses which must be successfully completed with a grade of B or higher: RADT 1320 , RADT 1330 , RADT 2340 , and RADT 2360 .

ENGL 1101 , MATH 1111 , PSYC 1101 , BIOL 2113 , BIOL 2113L, BIOL 2114 , BIOL 2114L, ALHS 1090 : courses used for ranking in competitive admission. All other general education courses must be completed prior to program acceptance.
