The programs are also approved for VA education benefits for eligible veterans and dependents. Students who are not eligible for federal aid can use deferred payment plans, and payments can be made by cash, check, money order or credit card. Payment or scholarship documents are due before each quarter’s classes start. GTC’s consumer handbook also publishes a sample cost-of-attendance budget with estimated living expenses, and students get free loan repayment counseling through IonTuition.
Cancellations and refunds. You can cancel your enrollment agreement within 14 calendar days of signing, before classes start, for a full refund of tuition and refundable fees, paid within 30 days; applicants who are not accepted, and students who never start, are also refunded. After that, refunds for a withdrawal are prorated by your last date of attendance within the 12-week term, following the same calculation as the federal Return of Title IV Funds and applying to every student regardless of funding source. GTC charges no administrative, withdrawal or cancellation fee.
