Classes and labs are located at the Rutherfordton Learning Center (RLC). Times and locations for clinicals vary due to clinical agency availability as well as clinical instructor availability. Clinicals happen at regional agencies in Rutherford, Polk and surrounding counties (Burke,Cleveland, Henderson, McDowell) in North Carolina. Clinicals may also be scheduled in Cherokee and Spartanburg County in South Carolina. Travel is required. Are there any online nursing courses? The ICC ADN program is a DAY program and is web-assisted. Do I need a computer or computer skills to be successful? The program is web-based so you do need a computer and internet. TheRLC has a computer lab on campus and may be available for use.
