Sports Management

The program follows Keiser University's one-class-at-a-time model, with courses running over consecutive four-week terms and new classes starting every month. The full Bachelor of Science requires 120 credit hours (approximately 40 courses) and takes about 40 months to complete, depending on transfer credit. Associate-degree holders may enter the 60-credit degree-completion option, finishing the upper-division coursework in roughly 20 months.

Classes are offered online and on campus at select Florida locations, with day and evening options at participating campuses. A required internship in a professional sports setting is built into the program, giving students supervised, hands-on experience in the field before graduation. Students maintain satisfactory academic progress across each term to advance through the program.

The curriculum blends core business disciplines with sports-specific coursework, moving from foundational lower-division courses to upper-division study in sport economics, finance, venue and event management, risk management, and strategic management for sport organizations. Required Courses

Tuition is charged per 16-week semester by scheduled credit hours. At full-time enrollment (12–17.99 credits), undergraduate tuition is approximately $12,408 per semester (per Keiser's Undergraduate Tuition & Fee Disclosure; subject to annual review). Completing the 120-credit degree at a typical full-time pace of about 15 credits per semester works out to roughly eight semesters, for an estimated program tuition of about $99,264; actual cost is lower with transfer credit and for students entering the 60-credit degree-completion track. A one-time $55 application fee and one-time $145 registration fee also apply at enrollment. The Bachelor of Science in Sports Management is a business-oriented degree and does not lead to a state license or a specific programmatic certification exam. Graduates may pursue voluntary industry credentials as their career goals dictate.
