Program Overview

  • The Cloud Computing program prepares individuals to design and implement enterprise software systems that rely on distributed computing and service-oriented architecture, including databases and data management, web services, cloud computing, cloud security, mobile systems and applications, server administration, and web development. This program provides students with the skills needed for collaboration, problem-solving, and provides hands-on activities to give students a practical understanding of the latest technology to gain a competitive edge in today's IT job market. Upon completion, students have the practical knowledge they need to enter the workforce and be successful in the information technology sectors within a number of global industries.
  • The Cloud Computing Applied Science degree is awarded for successful completion of the 60 semester credit hours required in the degree plan. Certificates are offered that provide an opportunity to acquire technical skills in two to four semesters.
