The Automotive Service Industry is a highly skilled service group with employment opportunities in every community and in many types of shops. The increasing complexity and usage of computers on today’s cars has created a shortage of qualified automotive service and diagnostic technicians. Technicians may work on many types of vehicles and perform various types of repairs ranging from transmission overhaul to computer systems diagnosis.
